Manager Jackie is gracious, elegant, and supremely helpful. The rooms literally exemplify the term “squeaky clean.” It’s lovely, delightful, spotless place. Worth every penny. Thanks for an amazing stay.

I was disappointed with my stay at Jolly Beach Resort. I booked with Experian. The hotel was falsely advertised, as the actual conditions didn't match the pictures we saw when booking. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and there was no refrigerator available. Additionally, the staff was short-handed, and we experienced power outages—the lights went out at 3:40 AM and didn't come back on for over 16 hours despite requesting a room change. While the beach itself is beautiful and has some helpful staff, overall, my experience did not meet expectations. I hope they improve their facilities and service to better serve future guests.
