It is a very short walk to the beach. Walking to the shops and aquarium in Seaside is just a bit longer, but doable. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook our meals. Some of the 2 prong outlets won't firmly hold the cord in place. Beds were very comfy and the backyard was perfect for the dogs although not accessible from inside the house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again. ##### Cassi G. It is just far enough away from the main area to be very quiet and peaceful. The short walk to the beach was so nice each morning. I absolutely loved the living room decor. ##### ramona d. Our favorite aspects of the place were the location to the beach and the fun backyard. We played ping pong and hung out by the fire pit each night. We would definitely stay again! ##### Bryan M. Darling cottage with great amenities for families with small children. Practically on the beach and easy walking distance to the promenade. The backyard is large and fully fenced with a fabulous fire pit and ping pong table. Would definitely stay again! ##### Molly J. We had a fantastic time at this vacation rental! The house was spotless, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the large selection of board games and had a blast with the ping pong table.The location is perfect—just a short half-block walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Seaside is a great town with lots of gluten-free options, which was a big plus for a person with Celiac.A couple of small things to note: the bedrooms let in a lot of light, so if you're sensitive to that, you might want to bring an eye mask. Also, the pillows weren't the most comfortable—I'll bring my own next time.All in all, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back—next time with our dog in tow! ##### Sarah P. It was close to Seaside to go visit and enjoy but outside the busiest parts to enjoy your own slice of the beach.
