SAND BY ME at Seaside Beach: Welcome to this Cape Cod-style home renovated in 2021 and ready for guests to enjoy. This home is on the North side of Seaside with a close stroll to the Necanicum River, the Beach, and Necanicum Estuary Natural History Park, where the River and Pacific Ocean meet. This home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to 9 guests. The Master bedroom has a King bed, 2 rooms have Queen beds, and the kids room has 2 trundle beds. The Downtown Seaside area is only 1.1 miles away, a short drive or a nice walk to enjoy all Seaside downtown has to offer and still have the quietness of the North end of Seaside. Dogs welcome, sorry no cats allowed. We all loved how clean and new it felt. There was some miscommunication about the property as i received a couple of messages from two different sources but when i called they cleared it all up right away. I even forgot a jacket and i didnt know it but the management team called to ask if it was ours and are supposed to be sending it back to me which I am so grateful for.
