Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed, Large flat screen TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. This condo was in a great location and we loved having an ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped and it was really nice having two full bathrooms. My husband and I went with two of our teenagers, and having a king bed in a separate bedroom with a Murphy bed and a pullout couch in the living room, was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay in this condo again. The only complaint we had was a group of college aged kids above us who chose to make noise until 3 am our first night. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were playing basketball with how loud some of the thumps were , but we weren’t in the room that much to let it bother us. The unit was well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, great towels, comfortable beds, and even items for use on the beach. The family upstairs had some runners, but noise is expected when you're not on the top floor and, also, just look out the window and you'll forget all about it. The location is a convenient walk to everything except a grocery store, but that's just a five minute drive away.Most importantly, the staff are amazing. When we first arrived we had an issue with our rental car. It was late on a weekday evening and I was at a loss for what to do, I called the after hours line, and the property manager went out of her way to help me troubleshoot over the phone while her husband drove over to take a look.
