Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed, Large flat screen TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Being so close to the main strip was nice that we could park the car and walk. The condo was clean and had kitchen supplies and beach supplies readily available. We were close to the beach and town center. Only negative for me was check-in process was a little hectic as I wasnt able/didnt receive the check-in instructions via email , had to call customer service but it all worked out. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were playing basketball with how loud some of the thumps were , but we weren’t in the room that much to let it bother us. The unit was well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, great towels, comfortable beds, and even items for use on the beach. The family upstairs had some runners, but noise is expected when you're not on the top floor and, also, just look out the window and you'll forget all about it. The location is a convenient walk to everything except a grocery store, but that's just a five minute drive away.Most importantly, the staff are amazing. When we first arrived we had an issue with our rental car. It was late on a weekday evening and I was at a loss for what to do, I called the after hours line, and the property manager went out of her way to help me troubleshoot over the phone while her husband drove over to take a look.
