Downstairs you will find an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining room, with sliders to the patio and fenced back yard with outdoor furniture and Weber BBQ. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, Satellite TV with DVD/VCR player. Kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher. Dining area seats 6 comfortably. There is a half bath downstairs off the hall. Upstairs includes a queen in the master bedroom, plus a twin bed and TV with cable and DVD. Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has 2 bunk sets for a total of 4 twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom off the hall with tub/shower combo. (Laundry room is upstairs behind bi-fold doors) Right across the street is the Necanicum River with only 5 short blocks to the Convention Center and town. The beach and Promenade are within easy walking distance. This house was amazing for us. We were able to walk down to the beach within 10 minutes or so and walk downtown in about the same amount of time. Great location! Our boys loved the bunk beds!
