It's a great location close to downtown Seaside and just a short walk to the shore. Plenty of room for our party of 4 adults. Kitchen is well appointed and really nicely updated. The beds are a bit soft for our tastes and they could use more pillows (only two small per bed). The screen door was hard to close and should be lockable. We want to experience the winter settings of Seaside and Cannon Beach. The house is exactly described in the listing. It is located in a very quite neighborhood. My opinion is that this place is perfect for two couples. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms meet the accommodation needs for four adults. The driveway can park two vehicles. It was pretty clean except for the floors/rugs. We would've appreciated window coverings throughout, especially the front door as well as blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There are some tripping hazards with the floor transitions in/out of the kitchen as well as to the laundry room and off the back step. Check-in and -out was easy with the keypad. One of the most well-stocked kitchens I've ever seen! Beds were so-so on the comfort level, but having 2 baths is wonderful! The street isn't paved, so cars kicked up a fair amount of dust when the windows were open, and there's no a/c, so if it's warm, that's often. Very comfortable place to hang out, with great TV and tons of books/games, but no DVD/VCR as listed. It's a hike to the water, but perfect for those of us who didn't go specifically for beach time anyway. Nice off-street parking.
