"This was by far one of the BEST rental homes I’ve ever stayed at. From the views, to the cleanliness of the home, to ALL of the amenities and carefully crafted home features. The house is extremely well stocked for any type of cooking you prefer to do too! They did not cut any corners. My new husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay here. 100% recommend!"

"Nice new two unit duplex about 30mins drive to Bar Harbor. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings. AC wall units efficient and quiet. Some wear and tear evident on floors and walls. Linens and towels provided and good quality. Large modern kitchen with many utensils and dishes etc. "

"The place was a perfect place to stay for a visit to Acadia. Within walking distance to the carriage roads and a very short drive to the entrance to the park. House was in a nice quiet location and the accommodations were everything we needed it to be. The owner was very friendly and helpful in making suggestions on hikes, food, and other adventures."

"Just a nice place to stay, no real issues other than the thermostats were difficult to figure out, the kitchen roof leaks a little water when you shower upstairs, and the fridge shakes the house when the compressor turns off. "We really enjoyed staying here with our family on a trip to see Mount Desert Island (MDI) and Acadia. This was our kids first time being to MDI and having this house was perfect. The yard was great so they could run around and play on the swing set. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to make multiple meals (you bring your own groceries) without having to go out. This makes it much more pleasant when traveling with kids. "Great location for hiking Acadia NP. Inquired if there was a fire pit, the booking agency said no, but we found out as we were leaving that there was a shared fire pit-disappointed. Stairs to bedrooms were very steep-ok for able adults, but hazardous for children and others. Enjoyed the accommodations and location."

"This sweet cottage worked very well for us! Seal Harbor was very quiet & away from crowds. Just a short walk down the the quiet Jordan Pond Rd is a lovely carriage trail that takes you through the woods to Jordan Pond! It is a 15 minute drive to busy Bar Harbor and many of the trail heads for some spectacular hiking!"

We then went to enter the code that was sent, and it was not correct! We had to go back to town (remember, there’s no service) and had to call the VRBO hotline to finally get a code that worked. Great staff!
"If I can give this place more than five stars overall, I would. A simple but cozy place inundated in nostalgia, the staff were extremely friendly. After we checked out, we received a phone call from them saying we forgot some of our belongings, and they mailed it to us! If that isn’t top-notch service, I don’t know what is. I’ll definitely stay with them again."
