You are right in the heart of Seal Beach and within a short walk or drive of great attractions, including the Seal Beach Municipal Pier, Seal Beach, Knepper's Alaska Fishcamp, and Anaheim Landing Historical Landmark. This coastal beauty is ideal for larger groups or multi-family getaways. The first level of this retreat offers a nice and homey family room with an attached kitchenette. Here is a great spot to unwind and chill with your loved ones and watch TV, and if you ever feel hungry, the well-appointed kitchenette will have your back. It's complete with a mini-fridge, a full-size stove and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an ice maker. From here, you have access to a furnished beachfront deck as well. On this level, you will also find one bedroom and a den-like seating area with an electric fireplace, a desk, and another TV. Upstairs is where you will find the main living area and all of its beauty. The open floor plan makes it easier for groups to share and create everlasting memories. Watch a favorite movie on the large TV in the living room, gather around the dining table to play any of the board games provided, or head over to the balcony to work on your tan while reading your favorite novel. The kitchen is complete with everything needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and beach snacks. A Keurig coffee maker has been included to please coffee enthusiasts in the group. This level features two bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has its own electric fireplace, TV, and an en suite bathroom, which is something out of this world. It's as spacious as a bedroom and boasts a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, two vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. We rent a lot of vacation homes, and this is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The location is perfect. There are ocean views from all levels. The roof top deck has especially great views. The decor is very nice. It was well stocked with everything we needed. I’ve stayed in a number of places with elevators, but this was the first that had it available for renters to use. Seal Beach is a fun little beach community. It’s a 10 minute walk on the boardwalk to the pier and main drag with lots of great shops and restaurants. We were there for a long weekend for a nearby volleyball tournament. We hope to stay here again for the next one. ##### Tom A. The kitchen was complete with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, flatware, bakeware, most everything you could need. The garage is enormous and so convenient to have on property parking. The neighbors were quiet. The rooftop deck had a natural gas bbq with incredible views. The house is light and airy with plenty of windows, natural light and the nautical theme. The white furniture was lovely, but could be a bit stressful (it was all fine). Full size washer and dryer made was also helpful to our one week stay. The nautical decor throughout the house enhanced the mood of living on the beach as well as listening to the rhythm of the ocean waves. It was very relaxing to sit on the top deck or second level patio and watch the pelicans, seabirds and people go about their day. It’s a great place to getaway, relax and reconnect with family. The location is perfect as you are in a quiet spot on the boardwalk but within walking distance to the green belt or Old Town where all the tourists and locals hang out. ##### Irene P. The beach itself was really quiet, clean, and nice. There were some beach chairs and gear available at the house which made our time on the beach even more enjoyable. It was an easy walk or quick drive to the places we wanted to go. The house felt high-end and we really enjoyed the layout. My parents stayed downstairs and even had their own private bathroom and cozy living area to relax in while my family took the two rooms upstairs. It was nice to then all join in the main living area upstairs to eat together, play games, and hangout but be able to retreat back to our own spaces and have some privacy during our stay. The primary suite is impressive - we felt like royalty! The rooftop deck was an added bonus. Overall, we'd love to come back.
