The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream! Fully equipped with essential amenities, it includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and a built-in fridge/freezer. For dining, there is a charming area that accommodates six comfortably, and a highchair can be provided upon request, making it a perfect venue for family gatherings.  
  
The first floor accommodates two spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom:  
  
Room 1 features a luxurious kingsize bed with a comfortable pocket sprung mattress for restful sleep. Stylish bedside tables with elegant lamps provide a warm glow for reading. A beautifully designed dressing table with a mirror and chair adds sophistication, while built-in mirrored wardrobes offer ample storage. Decorated with exquisite Laura Ashley soft furnishings, the room exudes a bright and serene atmosphere for relaxation.  
  
Room 2: This double bedroom is a charming retreat with a built-in wardrobe, a stylish bedside cabinet with a soft lamp, and a decorative mirror. Adorned with elegant Laura Ashley furnishings, it offers a sophisticated and inviting space for relaxation.  
  
The first floor bathroom is designed for relaxation, showcasing a generous walk-in shower with dual mixer settings, a toilet, a basin, and a heated towel radiator for added comfort.

Room 3: This versatile room can accommodate two single beds or a king-size bed, depending on your preference. It features a dedicated dressing area and an Alexa device for added convenience. Guests are treated to stunning views of the sea, the Farne Islands, and Beadnell, visible through the Velux windows on either side. Please be aware of the ceiling beams, which may affect those with mobility issues; this room is particularly popular among children and younger adults.   
  
The second-floor bathroom includes a bath with shower mixer taps, a toilet, and a basin, all positioned within a charming space that also has height restrictions around the bath area.

Unusually for a town centre property, we are pleased to offer off-road private parking for one small-sized vehicle at the rear of the cottage. Additionally, we provide a parking permit for your convenience, allowing free parking at Seahouses Main Carpark, located just a few minutes' walk away. This permit is also valid in other areas of Northumberland; however, please be aware that certain restrictions may apply, with further details provided during your stay.
