The home features four bedrooms, including two doubles, one single, and one king, all furnished for comfort with fresh linens and ample storage. The bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower. The living spaces are equipped with a TV and high-speed WiFi for entertainment and work. Heating and hot water are available throughout, ensuring a cozy stay. The kitchen comes with all essential cooking equipment and utensils, and the washing machine is available for guest use, making longer stays convenient and comfortable.

Seaham offers a great mix of coastal scenery and local attractions. The beautiful Seaham Beach is perfect for walks, sea views, and even sea glass hunting. Just along the coast, Seaham Harbour is a lovely spot to explore with cafés and a relaxed atmosphere.

For a unique experience, visit Tommy Statue, a striking First World War memorial overlooking the sea. A short drive away, Durham Cathedral and Durham Castle offer impressive history and architecture.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
