Whether you are a family, or two families, friends, golf buddies, or attending an island wedding, this house is adored by all who stay! Guests enter through the Southern front porch into a spacious and inviting living area that radiates warmth and comfort, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. With a large Smart TV, new coastal furnishings, and a fireplace (aesthetic purpose), this open space flows to the kitchen area and dining area. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, featuring modern appliances (including a propane sink), center island with four counter stools, and ample counter space. A standard coffee maker and a Keurig are available for guest use. Beautiful, clean, plenty of room for our 8 adult-ish family members. The screened-in porch was WONDERFUL! The included amenity cards were a huge bonus. The island has changed from physical amenity cards to electronic amenity cards. Just save yourself a little part of an hour to get the cards downloaded onto your phones before you arrive.
