The condo is nicely appointed, spacious, private, and incredibly clean. The views of the golf course from 3 rooms and the outside deck space were a hug plus. A perfect escape for us. ##### Marcea D. Nice large deck for family gatherings (we had 8 adults and 7 grandchildren) and being on the 2nd floor we had a solid roof overhead when it rained. A little noisy when the golf course greens are being maintained first thing in the morning, but it doesn't last long. The website said it was the best golf view on the island and that is absolutely true. Tee boxes and greens and lagoons right below the large wrap around balcony from where we watch a bald eagle come and go for the whole week. We have stayed on Seabrook and Kiawah many times and this was the best view we have ever had. Well furnished and very clean. Nice having a parking garage. Being a short walk with clubs to the clubhouse was convenient and offered unlimited range balls for $25\. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen except for the coffee maker. The coffee maker needs to be replaced, it did not function properly and resulted in a mess after multiple attempts. Definitely enjoyed the large outdoor space overlooking the golf course. Location was perfect being so close to beach and golf course. Would definitely rent this villa again ##### Annette K.
