From here, step out onto the deck, where lounging chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table set the stage for relaxed afternoons and alfresco dinners under the coastal sky. The open-concept layout continues into a thoughtfully designed kitchen featuring sleek, flush cabinetry, an integrated refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, and a central island, making it easy to cook, entertain, and stay connected. Large windows throughout the home, along with a skylight above the dining area, fill the space with warm, natural light.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, the home’s bedroom layout offers both privacy and flexibility. On the main level, the primary suite features a king bed, office space, serene island views, a full ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV. Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen bed, smart TV, and its own full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a split-level design provides two distinct retreats. One side features a mezzanine with guest bedrooms 2 and 3, each with a queen bed and smart TV, sharing a full hall bathroom, along with a cozy reading nook by the windows. On the opposite side, the finished room over the garage serves as a fun and functional getaway, complete with a pool table, sofa, smart TV, full ensuite bathroom, and a queen over queen bunk bed, perfect for kids or groups looking for their own space.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach to Boardwalk 2.

Pet Policy: TWO (2) dogs with a maximum weight of 60 lbs. each are permitted. An additional pet fee of $250 applies per pet per week.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of FOUR (4) vehicles at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car pass fee is an additional $45 per car.
