Enjoy use of all of Seabrook Island's fine amenities offered by the Club and the Lake House. Its central location on the Island makes it easy to get anywhere. Chateau by the Green is nestled amongst the tall Live Oak Trees of Seabrook Island. The villa features hardwood floors throughout,. There is an open floor plan which lets all be part of the action. The great room has a large sectional with 60" Smart TV. The fireplace is decorative only. Access the screened porch from the great room. The kitchen features custom cabinets, subway tile, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. An expansive island has stool seating for six. The dining area sits off the kitchen and is adjacent to the great room. The large dining table has seating for eight. French doors lead out to the grilling deck. There is a propane grill for your use. On the screened porch sit back with a good vacation read, sip a cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage. You may access the screened porch from the great room, primary bedroom, or grill deck. Watch the golfers sink their putts just beyond your porch. The primary bedroom has a King bed and 42" Smart TV. Our friends couldn't make it, but would have been comfortable for 8, as well. The place was very clean and seems brand new. The location is great as there's a short bike ride to the beach and beach club and shorter drive to marina/ off the island. Essentially located in the middle of the island. The property management group is great and responded quickly to all questions I had. We took advantage of the free bike through xplorie which was so easy to book. There are about 10 stairs to walk up to access the property. The only downside was the tenants below us smoked on their porch so if you were sitting on our screened porch you could smell it. They were renters, also. I didnt deduct stars because it really didnt detract from our stay. I would stay here again. ##### HALEY B.
