Totally Renovated! On the Beach! Amenity Cards! 3752 Seabrook Island Road This house is the closest to the beach you can get on Seabrook. Walk down your own private walkway to the beach. The Seabrook Island Club is less than 500 yards away. This stunning home has a reverse floor plan in order to maximize the phenomenal ocean view! The upstairs features a large great room with cathedral ceilings, large flat screen TV, floor to ceiling fireplace, hardwood floors and an open kitchen with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy cooking and socializing in the large kitchen which features granite countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Just through French doors off the living/dining rooms is the fabulous screened in porch overlooking the beach and ocean. Once you sit on this porch you will not want to go anywhere else! There is a gas grill just off the kitchen and stairs leading directly to Seabrook's oceanfront sands. On the second level are three bedrooms. The Master Suite is luxurious. Wake up to views of the ocean through the wall of windows across the master bedroom. With king size bed, mounted flat screen TV and fabulous bathroom - you may not want to get up. The master bath with dual sinks, separate shower and bathtub and an ocean view complete this suite. The large second bedroom has two queen size beds and a lovely view of the landscaped front yard. The adjoining bath (also accessible from the hall) featuring a black granite counter and large walk-in, tiled shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The hall bath is just steps away. The first level of this home offers another family room with tile flooring, large flat screen TV, sitting area, game table and wall of windows/doors overlooking the expansive ocean view. The 4th bedroom has two rope hanging twin beds - perfect for the beach. A full bath with a shower/tub is next door. The large laundry area with full size washer/dryer and 2nd refrigerator complete this level. Step through the French doors to the covered porch. Play cards around the picnic table or enjoy lunch on this great porch. There is the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. This house has a great floor plan for extended family with many upscale features. The views from inside the house and porch are panoramic. The porch is screened so can be enjoyed after dark. The pool and clubhouse are a short walk away. The beach is at the foot of the stairs and is uncrowded even on a holiday weekend. During high tide the water is close to the bottom of the stairs and during low tide the beach is very wide. It was such a short notice vacation. We really didn't want to take a vacation during the pandemic, but needed to get away. We decide to come to Seabrook Island, which was our first time and what a great pick.. Our house was so lovely, and clean 4 bedroom, 3 Bathroom home on a private beach. No crowd on the beach, you had more than 6 feet of social distance. You just walk out your back door and your on the beach. Kids really enjoyed there time at this home, bike riding on the beach, everyday going on the beach either taking a early morning walk or getting in the ocean, What a time we had during this pandemic. ##### Deborah G. The home is well represented by the photos.All rooms are large and spacious. We can not say enough about the wonderful screened back porch. The evenings & mornings were cool enough to enjoy the morning sunrise/breezes and evening sunsets. The surf is literally in your back door at high tide. We were looking for a place to rest, relax, read, & listen to the surf. This was it!! The island is terrific. We rode bikes over the entire island, rode to Fresh Fields every day on the bike path, saw amazing wild life (better than Sea World!!). We plan to return!! However, I will say if you are looking for the most modern decor this is not for you. The house was built in 1957 or so and still has green & harvest toilets! Light switches that flip from outside the bathroom. BUT!!! if you want ocean front!!!!!there is no better!!!! Take a walk on the beach. We wish we could buy this place....it is heaven!!!!!
