It's the perfect spot for your next beach and golf getaway on the Charleston islands! This desirable first floor, end corner unit boasts an expansive screened porch with outdoor dining table and conversational seating, creating a wonderful space for enjoying the sounds and breezes of the island. The large windows enhance the natural light throughout the villa. Decorated with a neutral, southern, coastal vibe, the unit been completely renovated with fabulous hardwood floors throughout and a stunning kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating, subway tile backsplash, updated cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6 guests with 3 more at the kitchen counter bar, and the open floor-plan of the main living spaces made it ideal to relaxing and entertaining. The villa has two full bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and porch access while the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. Very clean, with nice bedding and linens. Great access to the beach club pool, golf course and the beach itself. Excellent views of the 1st, 9th and 18th holes, plus the driving range.
