This 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway retreat features hardwood flooring, new paint, and updates throughout. The generous master suite occupies its own wing of the home, offering a secluded retreat. Two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home with plenty of space for guests to unwind. In the heart of the home lies in its gourmet kitchen that is open to an expansive living area. An additional wet bar area in the dining space adds a touch of sophistication to any gathering.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens (including sheets for the sofa bed) and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.

WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

COFFEE MAKER: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe).

AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island Amenity Cards are available. Guests also have access to the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) require a gate pass. The $40 charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary.

CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
