The updated floor plan, with new vinyl flooring throughout, offers a living/dining room, open kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry area. A covered, private patio with table and Adirondack chairs overlook the tranquil wooded area and offers a peak of Ocean Winds' ninth hole. The beach and Seabrook Island club are also just a short bike ride or scenic walk away. Guests enter into the open space living area, tastefully decorated in a palette of serene coastal colors. A comfortable couch, ample seating, ceiling fan, and large smart screen TV open to the private, covered patio area. It is the perfect place for unwinding after a day at the beach or downtown Charleston. An updated full bath, with shower, toilet and vanity, is located off the living area. A dining area offers a table and chairs for dining, game night, or entertaining. The open kitchen features new stainless appliances, subway tile, quartz counters. and ample storage.
