Located closest to the Seabrook Island Club pools, amenity cards are included with your stay! This popular Pelican Watch villa rental offers wood flooring, vaulted ceilings and lots of windows to maximize the natural light and great views from the living area. Ceiling fans keep the ocean air fresh and circulating. There is plenty of comfortable seating to relax, the sofa pulls out as a sleeper for extra guests and the dining table seats 4 guests. Bring your favorite movies as for evening indoor entertainment there is a flat screen TV with Comcast cable, a Blu-ray / DVD player and free WIFI. The kitchen features granite tile countertops and black appliances and is fully stocked so you can enjoy in-house dining. The washer/dryer laundry area is just off the kitchen for your convenience. 1302 Pelican Watch accommodates up to 4 guests with a king size ensuite primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
