Everything has been designed with your comfort and functionality prioritized. The living area features a comfortable seating, a large TV, access to the patio. Guests enjoy their morning coffee amongst the lush greenery. The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the dining area. The kitchen is stocked with ample serveware and cookware, and both a keurig and standard coffee maker. A guest bathroom with shower is right off the hallway. The master bedroom features a large comfy king bed, as well as an ensuite bath. The washer, dryer in the unit comes with a few laundry pods to start your stay, For the convenience of our guests, we also provide a few starter items: a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, a liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, some kitchen garbage bags, a few dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, body soap, bath soap, and shampoo. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
