Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250\. We've stayed at a couple different Spinnaker Beach houses and this one has pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend. It is a bit outdated, but overall was clean. ##### Stephanie F.
