The Atrium Villas are directly across the street from The Beach Club. Home to two ocean front pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, and Captain Sam's Grill. Grab an ice cream at the Osprey Cafe or browse through the Seabrook Shoppe. Next door to the Atrium Villas is the Island House. Here you will find the island's two 18-hole Champion golf courses, Pro Shop and restaurants. Park your car in the covered ground floor garage and take an elevator up two flights to your villa. The villa boasts an open-concept layout, ideal for family gatherings or relaxing with friends. The kitchen has white cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops. Whether you're cooking a gourmet meal or preparing a quick snack, you'll have everything you need. The dining area features a beautiful dining table and chairs, with seating for six.
