Amenity access included! 2017 Marsh Walk Villa Everything is brand new in this villa! It has been renovated and is beautiful! All new mattresses, furniture and linens throughout. The location is so convenient to many of the island's amenities. The Racquet Center is around the corner, a court for tennis or pickle ball is practically out your front door. Walk across the street and watch the horses gallop and jump at the Equestrian Center. The Lake house with fitness center and indoor pool (both available for additional cost) along with the outdoor pool, basketball court and kid's playground is within walking distance! Hop on the bike path and pedal your way to Bohicket Marina for a waterfront bite or to Freshfields Shopping Village for an afternoon or evening of fun activities. A bit further down Seabrook Island Road brings you to 3.5 miles of magnificent beach to explore and enjoy. If golf is your game - make sure to book a round on Ocean Winds or Crooked Oaks. Seabrook Island offers resort style amenities so be sure to grab your flip flops and take in the best that we have to offer.
