You have a private entry as well! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire suite. Shark Bait has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. The Neighborhood: Shark Bait is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. We are surrounded by ocean. You can pick which beach you go to. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding, walks, etc. Getting Around: Shark Bait has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. There are no assigned parking spots. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. This apartment is within walking distance of good restaurants and beautiful beaches. It is clean and neatly organized. It is on the ground floor of a 3-level building, and you can hear the people upstairs walking around. The bed is very soft.
