Walkable to lots of shops, dining, sites, and boat tours. The owner generously provided some nice surprises in the kitchen and fridge which we appreciated. Our only negatives: (1) parking is limited/expensive. We ended up using the free lot on Parrot Ave for overnight, which was an easy 5 minute walk. (2) Had a little trouble finding it. A photo of the street door and an identifier on the inner door would have saved us some trouble. ##### R. Scott S. We had a great time in Portsmouth over the 4th of July. The condo was cozy, very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The location was great - close to everything yet on a quiet part of Market St. Our only wish was that was more storage space for our clothes.
