Beachfront Oasis, Seabrook, NH - One step to the beach!

This beautiful ocean front condo, which has been completely renovated, is the perfect beach oasis. This three bedroom one bath home is steps off the warm sand. Other homes claim "you don't get any closer to the ocean than this" I claim to be closest of all home to the ocean, just read my reviews! Sit on the deck and enjoy the crashing waves or grab a boogie board and enjoy the surf! This home is decorated in calming blues and greens with all brand new furniture. There's an out door shower and beach chairs. The beds have linens and the home has towels (bath and beach). This home is located on New Hampshire's premium 4 star, family friendly, Seabrook Beach. Enjoy the arcades in Salisbury or Hampton beaches, or perhaps a nice stroll through Newburyport, Ma or Portsmouth, NH, just minutes away. This house is a duplex (2 condos side by side). My wife and I live next door.

We have stayed in the Hampton/Salisbury beach/ Seabrook area for about 7 years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. You can’t ask for a better location. Great Place!

Adult family vacation to be in the ocean and see sun rises and hear the ocean. I cannot say enough about this property. Sometimes photos don't represent the place, this place exceeded what we expected. Highlight, even with 22 kids, snack basket! The owners are right on property, which is a plus and they are the nicest people. If you want relaxation, great beach, great living area and kitchen space, this was the place. I would go back here if I ever travel back to the coast. Thanks for the hospitality.

Seaboard fall weekend

Thank you for the beautiful setting! Being on the NH seacoast was the perfect way to end my fall weekend in NH. This property has everything you could possibly need for a great week on the beach. Don’t worry about packing any of your own towels, linens, or kitchen tools. Chip and Camille provide everything you could need - pots and pans, corkscrews and martini glasses, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. The view and beach access are amazing, and the grill and outdoor shower are nice bonuses! 5 stars aren’t enough to show how much we loved it. Already have our summer 2024 stay booked. Beach House Bliss

5/5! We have had the pleasure of viewing this wonderful beach front property over the years and were elated when an opening became available. We booked this reservation over six months in advance. For us, the location was ideal, not just because we love the community, but because of the closeness to Boston where our daughter is undergoing treatment for Leukemia. As the summer approached, it was through an email reminder, that we realized we booked the wrong week. We were devastated. However, we immediately contacted the host of the property and explained that we made an error. Without hesitation, the host quickly checked the schedule of further rentals and was so kind in working with us to ensure our daughter, and family, were able to get a summer vacation. We knew that this might be difficult, maybe impossible, as summer had begun. Going above and beyond, showing great compassion, we were able to figure out a plan. Although we have not formally stayed in the home yet, we cannot wait. We have seen this property first hand, love the front deck that sits on the sand, the open concept, and nautical feel. We have friends that rent too. The hosts kindness and ability to connect with us as a family, was unforgettable. We were not simply a business transaction, we were a family seeking to make memories in a beautiful home and community. The hosts recognition of this sets them above the rest! Cannot wait to share our official review when the time comes!

The Best!

This was our best experience in almost 50 years of renting in Seabrook! We made our reservation for next year on Day 2 of our vacation. The picture is from our last evening taken from the deck. If the ocean feeds your soul, I highly recommend. The owners are helpful and welcoming.
