The check-in process was a bit unusual (at least for a north-american like myself), in that the room is several blocks away from the reception- they email you when the room is ready and how to access the building with a code. So be sure to have a way of receiving email while you wait.
My own check-in was awkward because when i got there i was informed the AC wasn't working and they were attempting to repair. Unfortunately, they were unable to do so that day. They promised the next day it would be fixed, but something came up with the maintenance person so it was on the third day it was finally fixed (just in time for the heat wave).
The room itself was quite nice. It included a fridge, stovetop, sink, tv, small table with a couple chairs, bathroom and a comfy bed. Immediately outside is Clerigos Tower, and a lot of good restaurants and touristy stuff nearby. You can hear noise from the hallway, but street noise was very limited, so overall pretty quiet.
Aside from the initial check-in / AC issues, it was a very good experience.
