The apartment is located in Scuol Sura, just a few steps from the local and ski bus stop. The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping opportunities on Stradun can be comfortably reached on foot in 5 minutes. In the bright and friendly maisonette apartment (approx. 120 m2), one can fully enjoy the vacation. From the living room with a large dining table, exposed beams, and windows facing south and west, there is a fantastic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. On the ground floor of the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, the living/dining room/kitchen, balcony, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there is a gallery and a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower/WC. The approximately 120 m2 large apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 6-family house with a sunny balcony and a view. The historic village part is directly below the house. Shopping is possible in the many local stores on the Stradun, which is only 5 minutes away, where the Bogn Engiadina is also located. The ski bus stop is only 2 minutes away, and you can comfortably reach the train station and valley station in about 10 minutes of travel. Using the ski bus is free in winter.
