The multi-family house is located in an absolutely quiet location with a panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites in Sent. From the renovated and child-friendly apartment, you can reach the village center with a bakery, butcher shop, or Volg store, all selling regional products, within a few minutes. If you don't want to cook yourself: A short walk away, there is a pizzeria and two restaurants. The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, one with a box spring bed and one with two single beds. The completely new kitchen offers all desired comfort. In summer, Sent is a starting point for hikers and bikers for tours in the surrounding area of the Swiss National Park. The valley station of the Motta Naluns ski area is conveniently accessible in 10 minutes by ski bus, which stops just a few minutes' walk from the house. The "dream slope", the valley run to Sent, lives up to its name: a 10-kilometer descent that ends at the children's ski lift (magic carpet) within walking distance of the house. For ice skaters, there is a natural ice field in the village and an ice path several kilometers long in nearby Sur En. The valley trail along the Inn and the various elevation trails in the region offer a wide range of options for cross-country skiing fans. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Sitzplatz im kleinen Garten ist sehr wertvoll und schön, wenn auch eher einfach eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig. Wir würden wieder kommen. Die Tischlampe über dem Esstisch ergibt kein gutes Licht. Die Heizung lief zentral und es war uns nachts etwas zu warm (aussergewöhnliche Temperaturen für die Jahreszeit!). Hätten gerne gewusst, ob man die Temperaturen regulieren kann. Ein oder zwei Liegestühle im Garten wäre top gewesen! ##### Gunilla From a partner site ### 8/10 Good #### Kurt Rüdiger 31 Aug 2025 #### zum dritten Mal gewählt: Chasa Sulai in Sent wir haben die Wohnung zum dritten Mal gewählt. Das spricht für sich. Positiv auch , dass unserer Anregung (Wunsch) nach einem Waserkocher und einem Sonenschirm entsprochen wurde. Die Situation auf der "Terrasse" ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Die Steinplatten unter dem Eßtisch wirken nur provisorisch. Nach Regen ist der Untergrund aufgeweicht. Der Standort des Sonnenschirms ist ungünstig v.a. am Morgen fehlt der Sonnenschutz. Deshalb muss der Standort weiter nach links verschoben werden. Ganz besonders stört der ungehinderte Wuchs der Kiefer, die allmählich den Blick auf die Berge nach Westen stark einschränkt. Der Ausgangspunkt der Wohnung, ob zum Postauti sowie zu den Einkaufsläden ist sehr gut. Die Berge und der am Abend beleuchtete Kirchturm waren das Highlight und natürlich die Ruhe. Der reservierte Parkplatz vor der Tür sowie der niedliche Garten samt Sonnenschirm. Das nett möblierte Wohn zimmer mit dem imposanten Steinbock. Bedienungsanleitungen für Fernseh, Kochherd, Waschmaschine. Mehr Ablagemöglichkeidn in der Dusche. Die synthetische Bettwäsche trägt nochmals dazu bei. Es knistert und funkt stark. Das war sehr unangenehm. Die Wohnung und alles Andere inkl. Nachbarn ist aber sehr angenehm.
