"I went for my partners birthday, I had a hotel decorator and the hotel staff was very friendly and made the transition very smooth to carry out the surprise. The cleaning staff were also amazing very attentive! My experience at the hotel was 10/10. My lights in my room did go out but they came back on in a timely fashion after alerting the staff. The only complaint that I have is that I used Uber’s around the city so if you are visiting I suggest getting a rental car instead of using Uber or other transportation apps because the hotel is a good ways away from downtown and some main activities. Overall I had a wonderful time, the room decor was amazing, the staff was welcoming, and I give the location of the hotel a 7/10 if your looking to enjoy downtown Houston. "
"We were there because of a serious illness in the family. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and well kept. The shuttle is easy to use to any hospital in the medical center, or it is short walk. "
"We had a good time with the kids. It was my daughter birthday and she love the pool and the hot tub so when we saw the place the wife told me to go ahead and rent it out. It has enough rooms and the place is so nice outside and inside. We would rent it again. The kids loved the place."
