was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was poor, and several staff members were rude and unhelpful whenever we needed assistance.
We requested that our room be cleaned, but our request was ignored. We had to call the front desk a second time to remind them to make up our room before it was finally done. This lack of attention to guests was very frustrating.
On top of that, the hotel charged an additional fee for parking, which felt excessive and was an unpleasant surprise.
Overall, the combination of poor customer service, ignored housekeeping requests, and extra parking charges made this a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.
