"Food was subpar. Only place we enjoyed the food was Toro. Poolside service was incredibly slow. There were multiple times where they forgot our order so we just ended up ordering from the bar, but I don’t know if we were charged double. Room was great. Staff was friendly. Would possibly rebook again. "

"we had room booked from the 8-12th. however after arriving, and going to the room, i couldn’t stay any longer. The couch in the common area was disgusting and unfortunately after i sat on it, the entire night was spent in the shower. i was getting bit by something. i don’t want to know, we wound up booking somewhere else, and working on getting the refund. biggest issue with expedia. i cannot recommend this place at all"
