"I absolutely loved every staff member who helped me. They made my birthday feel special from the guy at check in the guy who brought me to my room to the guy at the bar and the waiters at the restaurants and the lovely ladies at the spa, which is gorgeous by the way. I was actually upgraded to a junior suite complimentary which was nice I was just unable to see the sunset from my room! My only complaint would be that the rooms seem a little outdated but overall, they were clean and everything else was great! The property was bigger than I thought. I enjoyed it."

"The rooms I was assigned had an absolutely awful odor. It was like a sewage stench that made me gag, so I requested a new room immediately after walking into the first one I was given. They moved me right away. Second room in a different building had the same smell, only less intense. It did not dissipate over the course of my stay. Debated about going to a different resort but my reservation was prepaid so I knew I would not get money back. Someone I assume was a manager comped me tacos once for the inconvenience. Other than that issue, it was a good stay. Pools were nice, staff were good, bed and seating in room were super comfortable. Food and drinks were good, nothing great. Got ignored a lot by poolside servers so had to go to the bar for ordering - going to the bar was not a big deal but didn’t appreciate when servers just walked by and only approached certain guests. I don’t think I’d stay here again."
