"The location is great however many aspects of the property were disappointing: Basins and kitchen sink were not cleaned properly, kitchen benches also not clean. The tea towels were marked and had holes despite there being new ones in the linen closet. Fridge hadn't been cleaned either. The back deck has holes which were covered by a rug that also has holes. He declined to change, so cousin booked necessary dates and we shared the house. Owner was most amenable to this. My family had stayed in this house, several times, when my sister and I were young. "The property is great. We had a lovely trip - so close to the beaches and shops. Large enough for two families of 4x and grandparents. The kids loved the separate sleeping area and their own kitchen. The main kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms are a good size for couples. Some feedback: the converted garage where the kids slept was so hot without a fan or air con. Also some foldable hanging racks would be really useful to use under the verandas during wet weather to dry beach...

"The property was clean and nicely decorated. It’s a perfect place to have a dog- we could sit on the back deck and watch her, knowing the yard was fully fenced & safe. The beds were very comfortable. Although it looks like a quiet street on the map, there was a lot of road noise. The third ‘bedroom’ isn’t private: you need to go through it to get to the main bedroom and the bathroom. "Great set up for a couple of energetic dogs, great safe yard and the verandah very suitable for them at night or when we had to venture out without them. Everything at the house we needed and a great location to walk to beach, shops clubs etc. Thanks for a great long weekend stay!"
