The sofa bed had a previous guests sheets on it. With a pair of childs dirty socks. Some trash under the sofa bed. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub which was out of order for maintenance. Also having to pay for parking because its not included in room rate is absurd. The wall in the breakfast area over the bread station had dust and cobwebs visibly hanging.

Almost everything was good. The hot tub wasn't working and was about 75 degrees when they finally got it going. The phones in and around the pool and located throughout did not work. This morning there were no towels by the pool. Also a 10 dollar parking fee? That's a huge parking lot.
