Nice Hotel Just Outside of City Centre

Posted 12-Aug-2016
Pros: New rooms, clean, friendly staff
Location: Fairly close to city centre; 20 minute walk to the Eastgate Mall and 25 to the River Ness for lovely walks.
I received a newly renovated room upon my late night arrival. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is only a few minutes from the city centre by taxi or about a 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Facile da raggiungere dal centro con l'auto.

Posted 01-Aug-2016
Location: L'hotel è situato fuori dal centro ma in ottima posizione se si è in auto
Camera tripla non molto spaziosa, ma pulita e ristrutturata di recente. Sicuramente silenziosa

Awful beds and loud

Posted 27-Jun-2016
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: Alot
The room was hot no a.c. it was very loud on a main road very small and when we finally fell asleep the fire alarm went off and every one had to vacate the building on top of all this they had elderly and disadvantaged people staying on the top floor that had to climb down flights of stairs if there were truly a fire we all would have burned up because it took forever to get out of the building, my question is why would you put those people on a top floor knowing that if there is an emergency they could not get out in time. The hotel is far from every thing the only problem is the parking. I would not recommend staying here.

A very practical hotel for travellers with a car

Posted 04-Jun-2016
Pros: See above
Cons: Ensure that enough plates cups were available at all times, and for fresh pots of coffee to be brought to empty ones as soon as needed.
Location: The hotel is three km from the centre of Inverness so more suitable for guests with cars (there is a large car park). Finding it is a bit tricky.
We had initially booked two nights at Jury's Inn, but were able without fuss to stay a third night in the same room. At all times we were treated with impeccable courtesy by a very friendly and efficient staff who were able to meet all our requests promptly and very readily. The service in the dining room for both dinner and breakfast was very efficient without being intrusive, and the quality and range of the food was excellent. We can recommend this hotel very highly.

Tiny room

Posted 29-May-2016
Second day there the maid did a lousy job cleaning room, e.g. did not leave towels or empty baskets.

Not up to usual standard

Slightly disappointing hotel, having stayed in other Jury's Inn. Receptionist was excellent, pity same can't be said for bar staff. Also bar prices were expensive.
