On arrival our sheets had stains on them our bin wasn’t emptied had food and cigarettes, pots and pans were peeling and unusable. Staff was kind and helpful after telling them.

I’m glad I only booked for 1 night… the bed was very very uncomfortable, and so was the toilet seat. Shower was half open so it was drafty while trying to take a warm shower. Very noisy at night due to seating right outside the window + the pub downstairs. Unknown liquid was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, it got everything wet, splashes everywhere. Hope it wasn’t sewage.
When I used the towels it left a chalky residue on my hands. Glad i brought my own towel.
Aside from the central location and the lovely staff, I don’t have any more positive things to say. Would not stay again.
