"I cant speak for other rooms but I was incredibly surprised by the quality of our room(especially for what we payed). The room was clean, air was working, bathroom was clean, Obi at the front desk was incredible, the check-in/check-out process as seamless, and they asked if we preferred 1st or 2nd floor which was nice. "The 1st floor was being renovated, & we didn't know it. We had asked for a room on the 1st floor, so the attendant apologized & said we would have to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. We are both in our 70's & were able to traverse the stairs, both up & down, but with luggage it was more difficult.
