"Very disappointed with the volume of dogs in the property. No designated areas in restaurant and one particular dog was allowed to sit on the bench seating unchallenged by staff , very poor management intervention! All bedrooms apparently “dog friendly!” Was not a nice experience and will not be returning. Finally, where was the pool and spa facilities ? Certainly not in the hotel!"

"The Hotel Staff are very friendly, kind and helpful and welcoming. The staff also in the Restaurant are helpful friendly kind and welcoming. The Hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The its next to river so you get a lovely view either from a room or outside. Definitely be going there again soon"
