"Really comfortable and quaint accommodations. The grounds had a wonderful “back to nature” feel and the ducks and vocal goose, that we dubbed “Gertrude”, added to the charm. We will definitely be back. The room was clean and the bed was very soft making for a relaxing stay."

"Jeff's property is stunning, very large, clean, comfortable beds, linens and plenty of bath and pool towels. The estate is like your own private resort with every amenity a family or group of friends would need. From the heated pool (key for renting in Sept), hot tub , full size gym, movie theatre (great for the one rainy day) tennis and b ball courts, outside fire pit, AC in the house that kept us perfectly comfortable for the 5 days. We cooked in the chef's kitchen for all of our meals with our family, easier with the little ones. Everything one needs .Jeff was a fantastic and gracious host, quick to reply with any issues or questions. Helder , the maintenance man was also super friendly and helpful for a minor issue. Great family memories made with our family and watching our 4 yo grandsons swim and learn to jump and dive off the side was priceless. They also had plenty of secure space to ride their bikes together on the secluded and private property. Don't hesitate to rent this estate. Highly worth every penny. We are already discussing dates for next year's family vacation. Thank you Jeff and your staff. The Brown family"

"Couldn’t ask for a better location! The screened in porch was our favorite we spent most of our time on the porch when not at the beach. Accommodated our family of 10 perfectly. Huge plus to have the washer and dryer and large kitchen. Hope to return next year!"
