"We were a little nervous at first because the lobby was not the most updated. The man checking us in said that we were getting a renovated room. The room was awesome. Bed was comfy and loved the bathroom mirror and light. We will definitely stay again. "

"Yellow stains on the beds and covers I ended up paying for 4rooms and all of them were not in good condition tubs were filthy nasty and mind you I had two dogs as well that is the nastiest most disgusting distasteful hotel I have ever been to in my life I’m use to clean nice things and to be honest that place is a dump and then a staff member didn’t want to give me my money back instead tried to offer me another room I was about to clock straight out on them talking about a manager won’t be in until Monday and clearly the hotel sign saids manager on duty so the manager said you wanna check out all 4 rooms YES I DO HE SAIS GO GET YOUR STUFF LIKE HE WAS PUTTING US OUT BUT NOT REALLY SIR I HAVE BEEN PUT OUT OF BETTER PLACES LONG STORY SHORT DONT EVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM BUT OH YEAH THEY CAME UP OFF MY MONEY. Yeah that had to cause you think I’m staying In a dump not me and mines and that’s on God The hotel is TRASH TRASH AND MORE TRASH"

"The General Manager was wonderful. She was very patient and kind. Will definitely stay here again if im in Cokumbus. "

"The room was really run down. It was clean but the sink had permanent marks like tar in it. The bathroom floor was buckling up. Bed was comfortable. Parking was well lit."

"The floors were disgusting. You can't tell but we spilled water on the floor and I wiped it up with a white towel and it came up completely black there were also some damages in the room but for the most part it was pretty quiet. The staff was very friendly and it was close to a lot. So overall not a terrible stay"
