Der Hausverwalter war sehr nett und hst uns sogar Blumen aus dem Garten geschenkt. Der kleine Garten war sehr idyllisch. Parkplatz war etwas schwierig, der einzige kostenfreie Parkplatz war am Kongresszentrum ca. 800 m entfernt.Die Straßenbahn war störend direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer . Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Nah am Bahnhof und der Altstadt (gehentfernung), schöner Garten, alles schön sauber, die Familie, die sich um die Wohnung kümmert, ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich habe sogar jeden Tag Gartenblumen und Früchte vor die Tür gestellt bekommen! Das war wirklich nett! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und an kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen interessiert.
