Es war an Alles gedacht. Besonders die festen Matratzen haben mich begeistert! Nebenan ist eine Kita, von der wir allerdings trotz geöffneten Fenstern nichts gehört haben. Wenn unten ein Auto über das Kopfsteinpflaster fuhr, rumpelte es ziemlich, aber das gehört halt zur nahen Altstadt-Lage dazu und kam auch nicht allzu häufig vor. Für eine "Premium-Bewertung" könnte das Objekt noch etwas aufgehübscht werden, z.B. mit Bildern an den überwiegend weißen Wänden. Sehr störend waren die Knackgeräusche des Fußbodens in der gesamten Wohnung mit Ausnahme des Bades. Man konnte keinen Schritt gehen, ohne dass es "knarzte", und das nicht gerade leise. ##### Horst L.
