  • Hippach: Modern, beautiful 2-family house "Dengg", built in 2020. Above Hippach, in the district of Schwendberg 5 km from the centre of Hippach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). In the house: infrared sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Schwendberg Greider" 210 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 5.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, gondola lift 3.8 km, skisport facilities 3.8 km, ski rental 3.8 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000, Möslbahn 3.8 km, Zillertal Arena 10 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
