"Stayed during the off season - Warmly welcomed by the proprietor. Adorable room in a quiet area with a wonderful view of the Firth of Thames on a very scenic property. Great sense of privacy and peace.
Highly recommend, and will definitely stay again if we get to come back!"

"I couldn't sign into the Netflix program and also no milk at all, however, so clean and tidy, very well presented, thank you so much."
"This was the second time staying here. This time was during the winter, while the first was in the summer. This is a nice place to stay with clean and spacious rooms. Flat and easy walking distance to Buffalo beach, Ferry landing and town centre. The heater in the room was very efficient at keeping the temperature warm during cold mornings and nights. Staff were friendly and approachable. We werent aware that the laundry closed when the office hours finished in the evening and when we returned to collect the washed clothes the door was locked, however with a phone call they came promptly to help. We enjoy swimming and used the pool in the summer. We had seen on the website prior to coming this second time that the pool was heated to 29 degrees, however the water felt cold to touch when we went to the pool and so didn’t end up using the pool this time"
