With about 70 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people. The bright living and dining area with a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere in every season. After a long day at the beach or a bike ride through the Probstei region, you can relax wonderfully in the on-site sauna. The open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

The large, fully fenced property offers plenty of space for playing, relaxing, or sunbathing. On the patio, you can start the day with breakfast outdoors or wind down the evening with a cosy barbecue. Your four-legged friends are also welcome and can enjoy the garden without a care in the world.

The holiday home is located in the quiet Holm holiday park near Schönberg in Holstein, just a few minutes’ walk from the popular Kalifornien sandy beach. The wide beach with fine sand and gently sloping water is ideal for families, sunbathers, and anyone who loves the sea. Whether you’re swimming, walking, biking, or simply enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air—here you can leave your everyday life behind.

In the surrounding area, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, seafood stands, a bakery, and shopping options. The beautiful Probstei region, with its dikes, salt marshes, and small villages, is perfect for long bike rides and hikes. Excursions to Laboe, Kiel, or along the Baltic Sea coast are also great options.
