Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub an der Ostsee.
Die Wohnung haben wir im großen und ganzen sauber aufgefunden.
Die Matratzen haben wir selber bezogen und waren geschockt von dem Zustand der Matratzen. Die sollte man unbedingt mal austauschen.

Traumhafter Ausblick auf Kieler Bucht
Die Wohnung im 14. Stock ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Kieler Bucht bis Laboe: Man kann in der Abendsonne sitzen und zuschauen, wie Schiffe Richtung Kiel ein- und ausfahren. Auch den Sonnenuntergang sieht man sehr schön. Da es sich um eine Loggia handelt, kann man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei separate Einzelbetten. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich ist sehr bequem. In der Küche findet man abgesehen von einem Backofen alles, was man braucht. Dafür gibt es einen Toaster. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und die Dusche dank Rainshower-Duschkopf sehr angenehm.
Im Gebäudekomplex gibt es ein griechische Restaurant und einen Imbiss. Bis zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß gute 5 Minuten. Das "Zentrum" von Kalifornien ist auch einen angenehmen Fußweg entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt, der sogar sonntags geöffnet ist und frische Brötchen sowie Soft-Eis bietet.
Auf ein Auto kann man wirklich verzichten. Es gibt einen Fahrradverleih und man kann schön am Deich bis Brasilien und Schönberger Strand spazieren (ca. 30 Minuten). Direkt vor dem Haus fährt ein Bus (mit Ostsee-Card) kostenlos bis zum Schönberger Strand, wo es auch einen größeren Edeka gibt. Der Bus fährt in der anderen Richtung bis zum Kieler Hauptbahnhof (Fahrt: ca. 40 Minuten und knapp 5 Euro). Man kann also bequem mit der Bahn anreisen.

Juni / Juli 2017 Sommerurlaub hier verbracht.
Sehr gepflegtes Appartement im Haus Kiel mit separatem Kinderzimmer.
Das Appartement 1405 ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht,was die Einrichtung und das Zubehör betrifft.
Wir waren wirklich begeistert
Super Aussicht auf die Kieler Förde und die Ostsee.
Großer Kinderspielplatz in der Nähe
Griechisches Restaurant mit Guter Küche und urige Kneipe im Erdgeschoss.
Palmengarten, Indoor Mini Golf im Haus.
Wenn man aufs Auto verzichten möchte, dann gibt es eine gute Busverbindung bis spät am Abend oder man kann alles mit dem Rad erledigen
Wer also für sehr kleines Geld einen sehr Enspannten Urlaub genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.Top! wir fühlen uns im Appartement 1405 sehr wohl. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.
