The beach is only around 300 metres away, with a gently sloping shoreline that is particularly pleasant for families with children.

With 62 m² of living space, the apartment offers a cosy home for up to 2 adults and 1 child. The open-plan living and dining area invites you to spend quality time together, relax after a day by the sea or plan your next excursion.

The living area features a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed if required. For entertainment, you will find a flat-screen TV, CD player and stereo system. The adjoining dining area has a table with four chairs and provides plenty of space for shared meals.

The fitted kitchen is also well equipped for your stay. It includes a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, blender, kettle and toaster. This allows you to prepare your meals whenever you like – from a relaxed breakfast to a cosy dinner together.

After an eventful day, you can look forward to a comfortable double bed in the separate bedroom. The bed measures 1.80 x 2.00 metres and has two mattresses. A wardrobe, chests of drawers and reading lamps provide practical storage space. The external blind allows you to darken the room when needed and provides additional protection from the sun.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin and provides everything you need during your stay.

You can also enjoy your holiday outdoors. The furnished terrace is a lovely place to have a leisurely breakfast in the morning, read a book or relax in the fresh Baltic Sea air in the evening.

If you arrive by car, a private parking space is available. In addition, the property has a carport with practical storage space for your car and bicycles. This means you can easily explore the surrounding area by bike as well.

The location is an ideal starting point for relaxing days by the sea. Whether you want to enjoy a day at the beach, take a stroll along the coast, go cycling or explore the surrounding area – there are plenty of opportunities to make the most of your Baltic Sea holiday.
