N. 1 Sept 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Oberfläche der Arbeitsplatte sowie der Esstisch klebten, was sich auch durch abwischen/abschrubben nicht ändern ließ. Teller und Tassen mussten vor benutzt auch alle erst gespült werden, da sie einen fettigen Überzug hatten. Töpfe und Pfannen haben ihre besten Tage auch schon hinter sich und sind ziemlich ranzig. Das schränkchen im Bad, gehört definitiv auf den Sperrmüll. Auch die Wände und Türen wurden wich über eine Grundreinigung freuen! Das Doppelbett ist , wenn man allein drin schläft OK. Liegt man allerdings zu zweit, rollen beide zur Mitte.Alles in allem viel Luft nach oben. ##### T. N. Das es ein sehr großer Komplex ist, hat man gut in dem Online Inserat erkennen können und brachte keine Überraschungen vor. Leider war die Wohnung nur mäßig sauber. Der Duschvorhang war stockig, die Gardine zum Schlafbereich war schmuddelig, der Deckenventilator so voller Staub, das wir uns nicht trauten ihn zu nutzen. Auf dem Boden vorm Wandschrank lagen noch Socken des Vormieters und im Schrank noch das kaputte Schwimmbrett. Das Bett jedoch war sehr bequem. Wir haben leider auch nicht die von uns gebuchte Wohnung bekommen, Die Buchungsbestätigung beinhaltete eine andere Wohnungsnummer, als die , die wir bezogen haben. Somit fehlte uns der Balkon. In der Küchenzeile funktionierte das Deckenlicht nicht, was uns aber nicht weiter störte. Wir hatten kurz überlegt, die Mängel zu beanstanden, haben uns aber dagegen entschieden, da wir nicht allzu empfindlich sind, und einfach nur froh waren , ein paar Tage abschalten zu können. Es war gegen Ende der Saison, so das ich annehme, das die Reinigungskräfte beim Mieterwechsel immer nur wenig Zeit haben, um die Wohnung zu reinigen. Vermutlich ist bei Saisonbeginn die Situation eine andere. Alles in allem stimmte das Peis- Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man von der mäßigen Sauberkeit absieht. Nachts war es sehr angenehm ruhig , so das man sogar mit weit geöffneten Fenster schlafen konnte. Der nahe gelegene Marktplatz war fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, um dort noch gemütlich essen zu gehen und / oder einen Absacker zu nehmen. Auch der Strand war fußläufig bequem zu erreichen und sehr schön. ##### Carmen B. Das Appartment war einfach eingerichtet aber alles da was man braucht!Man hat leider keinen schönen Blick vom Balkon was uns aber nicht gestört hat da wir eh nur draußen waren!Es war sauber aber nicht rein!Also penibel darf man nicht sein, Der Strand ist super schön und auch mit Hunden super zu empfehlen!Auch mit dem Rad kommt man überall gut hin!
