Urlaub im 12.Stock

Das Apt. ist funktional und im 12.Stock hatte man einen tollen Ausblick; es war ruhig und mit Hund gut zu nutzen; der Wasserkocher und die Halterung der Toilettenpapierrolle waren kaputt; die Umgebung im Grünen und am nahen Ostseestrand ist mit Hund sehr vorteilhaft; für paar tage Kurzurlaub insgesamt völlig in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft war ok, leider waren Besteck und Teller noch mit alten Essensresten beschmutzt, die Lüftung im Bad war verstaubt, die Fenster zwar beschmiert, aber ansonsten war es sauber.

Sauberkeit Naja, Lage top

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ausrangierten Hotel aus den Siebziger Jahren. Es ist etwas altmodisch, aber alles ok. Die Wohnung wurde leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Am Waschebecken klebte die Zahnpasta der Vormieter. Der Toilettenfuß war pekig. Staub und andere Dinge tummelten sich da. Die Balkontür war so beschmutzt, dass man leider nicht mal richtig rausgucken konnte. Die Lage und die Aussicht allerdings waren allerdings hervorragend. Alles in allem würde ich aber kein zweites mal die Ferienwohnung Sonnenschein anmieten.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung

Eine gemütliche, kleine Wohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick! Morgens wird man von der Sonne (und den Möwen! :)) geweckt, Frühstück auf dem Balkon ist bei passendem Wetter kein Problem. Kleines Geschäft mit Bäcker ebenso wie der Strand schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gut gelegen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, Plöner See mit Prinzeninsel ist super zum gemütlichen Wandern! Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber sonst kann sich diese Wohnung durchaus sehen lassen.

Naja geht so...

Essenreste von den Vorgängern an Kochtöpfen, Geschirr und Besteck. Mikrowelle hat nach altem Essen gerochen. Auf dem Bettzeug Blutflecken, dunkle Haare (vermutlich Tierhaare, obwohl keine Haustiere erlaubt sind). Hier und da lag Staub, der schon länger lag.

Tolles Haus, in der 12 Etage hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Es war ruhig und sehr sauber
