This is located in a holiday park directly on Lake Möchneversdorf. Immediately behind the lake is a forest that invites you to go for a walk. Only about 1km away is the highest elevation of Schleswig-Holstein, the Bungsberg. The Baltic Sea beaches Grömitz, Neustadt, Hohewacht and Weißenhäuser beach can be reached in only about 15-20 minutes. In Neustadt, action-lovers as well as families with children get their money's worth in the Hansapark, the largest outdoor park in Schleswig-Holstein. In the semi-detached house is a large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with double bed and another with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower. Parking is available in front of the house. In addition to the semi-detached house also includes a 300 sqm garden with south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the relaxing nature. We look forward to you! The final cleaning fee of 50, - Euro is obligatory and will be charged per stay. In addition, a deposit of 100, - Euro will be charged. This is charged to the electricity and water consumption. Würde das Haus für Paare oder Familien mit Babys/Kindern ab Grundschulalter empfehlen. Mit erkundungsfreudigem Kleinkind wie unserem 2jährigen Sohn braucht man zumindest ein wachsames Auge und starke Nerven, da die Wohnung nicht unmittelbar kindersicher ist (steile Holztreppe direkt am Schlafzimmer, frei zugängliche Putzmittel, Messer und Steckdosen). Ansonsten hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen, auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. ##### Christiane K. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und super gelegen, um schnell zu verschiedenen Bademöglichkeiten (Sehlendorf, Grömitz, Travemünde) zu gelangen.
